Well, 2012 is here. Along with new hopes and challenges that will keep us inspired, making us better at what we do. 2011 was a year full of uncertainties, new beginnings, new friends and acquaintances, accomplished goals, unforeseen challenges, work (a lot of it), restless nights and early mornings, good weekends and bad Mondays. It was a year where we saw change, whether in our selves, our lives or someone else’s. This year began the change to something good and amazing to come. We’ve gone through a lot together: a few arguments, fears, disappointments, nice and bad surprises, silly moments, happy moments, scary ones too, but above all, appreciation. Appreciation to the things we have and the people we have around that makes us feel we are loved and cherished. I don’t know what the 2012 has stored for me. I don’t know if I’ll be in a relationship, or if I’ll find a better job. Maybe I will be in the same place as I am right now; how knows? There is still much to discover and much to learn from. I don’t ask God for too many things life unless these are things that will definitely help me find a way to achieve my full potential. All I ask this year is Love and Courage so that when I feel like there is no hope, no light at the end of the tunnel and no signs at a cross roads, I might be able to find enough strength and courage to carry on and continue on this journey. There are no rules to this thing. Close your eyes and take the plunge.
